Will you try to sell me internet or TV service?

No. COMINSPECT INC is an independent inspection and advisory service. Our role is to audit your current setup, identify improvements, and give you a clear plan. You choose if and how to act on it with your preferred providers.

Do you need access to every room in my home?

We primarily test in the rooms you use most — typically the living room, home office, bedrooms, and any areas where you experience issues. You’re welcome to limit access to only the spaces you’re comfortable with.

What if I rent and can’t change wiring or equipment?

We focus first on changes that renters can control: router placement, network configuration, plan selection, and provider negotiation. If building-level changes are needed, we’ll outline them so you can share them with your landlord or property manager.

Are there any extra or hidden fees?

No. The inspection price you select is the full amount for your visit and written recommendations. If you decide to purchase hardware or new services from any provider, those costs are separate and always your decision.
